Dear Sir:

I have never before this written a letter of thanks to a contractor. For 15 years I've had to make decisions on my own and I dreaded calling strangers for any repair work. I turned to the phone book and randomly picked "John Scott Roofing". I met a man of few words, took care of the problem, said to call again if necessary and left. Two months later, I felt I had met an honest person who would put an end to my problem roof. After 24 years in this house and thousands of dollars due to a previous roofer, I feel this roof will be quite secure for many years because of an honest and very professional John Scott.
